Could you imagine walking out of work to see a huge UFO hovering over New York City? This would definitely not present an ideal situation for any of us but how enlightened or frightened would you be to find out the truth about alien life? I’m hard-pressed to believe that aliens would go to the United Nations to attain rights before making their presence known.
I can imagine getting in and out of the city would be near impossible. I’m sure work would be halted, or at least most wouldn’t bother with it. Socializing wouldn’t really matter anymore. It’s not like Happy Hour, would remain appealing. Seriously, what’s a $3 beer mean at that point? The world as we know it would change in an instant.
Would chaos, rapture, and madness ensue mankind? Or would we embrace the news that we had extra-terrestrial visitors, while tending to our normal lives?
As an avid watcher of Sci-Fi shows like “The Event,” “V,” and “Star Trek,” I think the idea of UFO’s and ET’s are fascinating. Even the History Channel dedicates hours of time to shows like, “UFO Hunters” and “Ancient Aliens.” I mean, if it’s on the History Channel, it’s got to be real, right? In every lie, isn’t there some variation of truth? Isn’t some fabrication of a lie based on some sort of exaggeration of a real life experience?
So are aliens possible? Could something greater than us have helped to build or plan to destroy our planet? Why not?
People hold on to this conviction that Jesus will walk the Earth again because it’s written in the Bible. The Mayan Calendar ends on December 21, 2012 and it’s a common belief that disaster will strike. We hear about famous doomsday prophets like Nostradamus and can’t help but wonder if he was right about his predictions. If such a thing as “God” is possible, than why wouldn’t Aliens be? If Jesus Christ, son of God, walked the Earth, how far-fetched would it really seem that there have been alien encounters?
The research I’ve done and the programs I’ve watched support the claim that it’s probable. Shows, documentaries, and people explain the phenomenon of extra-terrestrial visits in great detail all the time. When it comes to aliens, some people find the likelihood interesting, others don’t. I get it. However, wouldn’t it be egotistical to think that we are the only living beings in the Universe or beyond.
In today’s society, people are interested and looking for something to grasp on to, whether it be a spiritual knowledge or a common belief. In other worlds, we’re interested in some pre-designed fate, created without our knowledge or power. So, I guess talking about the end of the world makes me think about life and the possibility of other universal beings.
Consistent star-gazing has led me to believe that strange things are happening in our skies. Even stranger things are happening in the world. Do you find the idea of aliens intimidating, impossible, or completely plausible?
